BADHAN, established on December 14,2004 is registered with Department of Social Welfare, Ministry of Social welfare and Department of Narcotics control, Ministry of Home affairs of Bangladesh. Badhan has developed unique, effective, pioneering and special drug addiction treatment and rehabilitation programe applying the basic unique principles of the 12 step Alcohol/Narcotics Anonymous program, very important therapeutic treatment practice and related activities and also extended the 'Light of Hope' to lightened the unlighted in the vast darkness with en affordable manner. Realizing the drug addiction fact as a major problem in the society, Badhan started its operation to contribute in the society as well as in the country to reduce the harm of drug addiction and to recover the drug addicts from addiction and to adopt them in the normal life by rehabilitation. One of the successful outcomes of the treatment is that, Drug addicts are recovering their attitude, behavior, presentation and other important culture which they must deserve as a human being.
